Villa Gallietta project 

The villa and the garden have a big potential so I would like not to overcharge with a decorations. 

The mood have to be elegant and timeless , valorising the natural beauty of the location. 

Parts to do:

- Brides and groms preparation.

Brides portraits in the bedroom with a view - no decorations needed 

- the dinner - decorated table. We have to know what the villa has and what we need to provide. We will put the round table ( that is already in the hall) in the middle, we will put the flowers on the table, napkins, may be printed menu, glasses

- pool - two collonas with flowers and few pjotos around the swimming pool with a villa view too

Timing

- 9:00 bridal preparation starts, we prepare the main table in the hall. Possibly there shoudnt be any other tables

10:30 groms portraits

11:00 bridal portraits ( brides morning) 

11:30 hall couple photos , table decorated with compositions of flowers in the middle and the fruit around, some fruits cutted and flowers going out of that

12:00 stairs

12:30 outside car ( if Tina can bring it) 

13:00 outside - aperitiff and few photos with swimming pool - decoration and basic classic portraits , 

Few photos on balcony

14:00 last shots with orange ciambella , using drone some photos and videos from up. Only bride 

15:00 clean up

1. Bridal morning /grome preparation moodboard

Classic portraits during preparation 

While the makeup artist prepares the bride, we take pictures of the grom in a room near the main hall with table
